Tool Board provides software tools and professional services for teams and organizations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Tool Board and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tool Board shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
